Catching up on last week

Monday

Monday the 14th Dash's hive began to look a lot better so we decided to let him get out of the house. We joined the Walsers and Harada family for ice cream at Grater's. The kids (and mom)had a blast playing on the indoor playground.

Dash wasn't quite ready to leave as soon as the rest of us!

Miley wasn't sure what the big deal was...

she was just happy to have a spoon!

Wednesday

Chris took a half day off from studying at school and went hiking with us in Delaware, OH. We hiked around a reservoir and picnicked at a state park. It was so much fun!

Chris taught Dash how to slide down the slide on his tummy, and Dash got his first "Under Dog" on the big boy swing.

After we left the park we took Chris to school for more studying and I took Dash to the Doctor for a follow up appointment. He got a clean bill of health. The Doctor has taken him off all the antibiotics. This is the first time since Thanks Giving that the kids are drug free and healthy!

So to celebrate I took Dash to the Upper Arlington Library to pick out some movies and let him play at the park.

Thursday

We continued our celebration of health and sunshine by going to the zoo with our friends Katie, Riley, and Lucy.

Dash and Miley were so tired after the zoo that they conked out in the car on the way home. Some thing Dash never does!

After Dash woke up we played with his bike. He didn't know how to pettle (so I thought) so I pushed him up and down the side walk. I later found out from Chris that he can ride his bike just fine by him self, he just likes me to think he can't so he can get a free ride. Little stinker!
