We are ALIVE!

It has been SO long since our last post I have, I fear, made some of you worried that something tragic may have happened. Nope...just life! I have been so busy and have so much to post about I am getting a little overwhelmed. So I will do a quick recap and then fill in the blanks as much as possible.

We are moving! Our Condo is in contract and we will close on July 23rd. So we are packing and trying to sell everything we no longer need on Craigslist. We are having to load our truck on Wednesday morning, have the new carpet installed Wednesday afternoon, close on our house on Thursday morning, sign the lease on our new apartment Thursday afternoon, and then unload the Truck Thursday night. I will then be following that with the ward camp out that I and 3 others are in charge of on Friday and Saturday. So needless to say Next week is looking to be very busy!

Dash started preschool yesterday. He LOVES it! It is at the YMCA and it is such a great school! His teachers are wonderful! I love asking him about what he learned at school. I am always surprised at the details he remembers. The school gives them swimming lessons once a week as well, which Dash of course loves.

Dash also found a "Dash from the Incredibles" sweatshirt that my sister Amber gave him for Christmas two years ago. She bought it big (size 5/6)and it is still big on him, but Dash found it as I was cleaning out his closet, and he hasn't taken it off since. He has been sleeping in it and wearing it everywhere for the past two days. He will only take it off once he is nearing heat stroke, then as soon as he cools off it goes back on. Mind you it is July, he and his mom are looking pretty crazy lately.

I was in Utah for nearly 3 weeks with the kids and just got back on July 3rd. I have never been so glad that I missed my family 4th of July party. Everyone there came down with serious food poisoning. That would have been terrible to have been throwing up on the plane ride home! I have tons of pictures I will post just as soon as I have some time. Most likely not until after next week.

Chris was very board and lonely with us gone and made Dash and Miley new beds. Miley is now in her Big Girl Bed and is Finlay sleeping through the night. (knock on wood) She hasn't ever really slept through the night until we got back from Utah.

My Brother Sean is engaged to his cute fiance Tiffany! I am so excited for another sister! I am so glad I got to spend a lot of time with them in Utah because I really got to know and love Tiffany (and Sean too)!

My littlest brother Jonathan is home from his mission and doing awesome!

Chris is driving to Chilicothy and surrounding areas for his clinical rotations everyday. Tomorrow he will be in the car for about 5 hours. He really likes the work, but not the commute and having to leave every morning at 5:45.

Chris and I just went and saw Harry Potter while the Bodells watched the kids. Parts of it were good, but overall we were disappointed. They totally ruined the ending. I wont give details for those who haven't seen it yet. The acting was much better but they just left out so much that was important to the story. Especially the war at the end.
